Optimization of global logistics for Henkel
Henkel partnered with Neele-Vat to consolidate more than 1,500 containers annually from Europe to the IMEA region. Through close cooperation and expert coordination, Neele-Vat was able to improve supply chain performance, reduce administrative burdens and strengthen control. The result: a 35% increase in cargo capacity efficiency, streamlined operations and significantly increased customer satisfaction.
Seamless EU to US supply chain for Terberg
When Terberg Special Vehicles opened its new facility in Coldwater, Mississippi, Neele-Vat took care of the seamless delivery of 500 parts from 120 European suppliers. Managing the entire warehousing, transportation and customs clearance process, Neele-Vat offered a complete door-to-door solution with EDI-based processing and real-time tracking. The result: an efficient, uninterrupted supply chain and a smooth start to Terberg's operations in the United States.
30 days shorter delivery time for IFF
IFF, which works according to a make-to-order model, was struggling with long delivery times and limited flexibility. Neele-Vat implemented a fully automated labeling and re-stacking line in Rotterdam, allowing production to be switched to a make-to-stock model. Thanks to land and customer-oriented labeling before shipment, IFF realized a 30-day reduction in delivery time, an inventory reduction of more than 50% and the complete elimination of obsolete inventory.
