Transit – T1 Documents
Whether you are receiving goods that have not yet been declared for import, or shipping goods onwards to a recipient inside or outside the EU, you will need to generate a T1 document (Movement Reference Number/MRN).
At Neele-Vat, we can provide these documents for you via the NCTS electronic declaration system, making the process of importing goods much smoother and hassle-free. We understand the importance of ensuring that all documents are generated and cleared within the specified time frame. That’s why we will notify you whether these documents have been cleared within the specified time, and we will proactively inform you of which actions, if any, are still required in relation to the document. By doing so, we can help you avert potential problems such as additional import duties and VAT incurred due to non-clearance of the document.
At Neele-Vat, we have extensive experience generating T1 documents for goods that are stored in customs warehouses throughout the Netherlands. This means that we can provide our services regardless of where your goods are being stored, ensuring that the process is seamless and stress-free for you.

Your custom formalities our priority
Import
With the import of goods, customs formalities with many different types of documents are required. These documents may also differ per country and product.
Export
Exporting goods outside the European Union (EU) always requires an export declaration. This declaration enables Customs to assess the nature of the export goods.
Transit
Transit documents: Using the Customs Transit procedure allows for the temporary suspension of duties, taxes, and commercial policy measures that are applicable at import.
