The transportation process is designed to combine speed, control and compliance.
- Booking and planning
Customers register their shipment via the Neele-Vat customer portal. Based on volume, destination and service level, the system automatically plans the best route - whether FTL (Full Truck Load), LTL (Less Than Truck Load) or groupage.
- Collection and consolidation
Shipments are picked up at Belgian or French locations and, if necessary, bundled at consolidation hubs such as Antwerp, Ghent, Lille and Paris.
- Fixed corridors and daily departures
Neele-Vat maintains fixed transport corridors between Belgium and France with daily rides towards regions such as:
- Northern France (Lille, Calais, Arras)
- Île-de-France (Paris and environs)
- Rhône-Alpes (Lyon, Grenoble)
- Southern France (Marseille, Toulouse, Bordeaux)
Average transit times range from 24 to 72 hours, depending on destination and type of shipment.
- Unloading and delivery
Delivery is made directly to distribution centers, warehouses or production sites. Digital Proof of Delivery (POD) and real-time tracking ensure full transparency.
- Return logistics
Empty packages, pallets or return goods can be taken on the return trip, increasing efficiency and sustainability.
