Neele-Vat 's logistics process is optimized for speed, reliability and transparency.
- Booking and order registration
Customers report their shipment via the Neele-Vat customer portal or directly to transport planning. Based on destination, volume and type of goods (FTL, LTL or groupage), the most efficient route is selected.
- Collection from the customer
Goods are picked up in the Netherlands or Belgium - often the same day. Neele-Vat has an intricate network, which means that pickups can be scheduled quickly.
- Cross-docking and consolidation
In the hubs of Rotterdam, Venlo and Moerdijk, shipments are bundled by region. This increases the load factor and reduces the waiting time at departure.
- Daily departure corridors
Trucks depart daily from the Netherlands to:
- Antwerp - transit time: 6-10 hours, several trips per day.
- Brussels - transit time: 8-12 hours, including deliveries within city region.
- Ghent - transit time: 10-14 hours, via direct corridor past Moerdijk.
- Delivery and POD
Delivery takes place within 24 hours, depending on service level and window. Through eCMR, the customer immediately receives a digital Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Monitoring and reporting
All transports are tracked in real time via GPS. Customers have full insight into location, ETA and CO₂ emissions per shipment via the Neele-Vat customer portal.
