Warranty, Repair, Replacement & Tradeshows
When your company deals with warranty, repair, or replacement shipments, you need to inform us before we can go ahead with fiscal representation. With these conditions, we can only offer you general fiscal representation (GFR). If your company does these types of shipments and you’re interested in fiscal representation by Neele-Vat, please contact us for more specific information regarding your situation.
Trade shows are not allowed with fiscal representation. There are alternative possibilities, such as a temporary import license. However, these options are not available with fiscal representation and will be handled by the customs department of Neele-Vat instead. Please request more information if you need to do an import shipment for a trade show.
Transfer of own goods to The Netherlands for own usage
If you would like to import your goods into the Netherlands without the intention of selling them to customers, we can offer you GFR. With your own individual Dutch VAT number we can customs clear your goods in the Netherlands.
You can use your goods in the Netherlands for your company, or you can decide later on to sell them after storage.
If you want to store your goods in another EU country than the Netherlands, you will need to have a valid VAT number in that country.
