Modern and sustainable new center
This modern and sustainable cross-docking center of Neele-Vat, with an area of about 27,000 square meters and an office space of 1,035 square meters, symbolizes not only our vision of future-proof logistics, but also our commitment to innovation and efficiency. Moreover, the cross-docking center operates entirely on electricity, supported by a solar panel farm that generates 2.6 GWh of energy annually.
In addition, the facility provides charging stations for electric trucks, further encouraging the move to zero-emission transportation. Furthermore, the building has a GPR 8.0 certification, again underscoring its commitment to sustainability and innovation.
As a result, the new center reflects ongoing efforts to realize innovative and sustainable logistics solutions. For this reason, construction began in December 2023 and completion is scheduled for the end of 2024.
This modern center not only has 40 loading docks, but also special storage areas for commercial goods and hazardous materials. Naturally, everything complies with PGS15 standards, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
