Open days Shipping and Transport College

STC (Shipping and Transport College) Open House Days

This weekend Neele-Vat was again present at the open days of the STC (The Shipping and Transport College in Rotterdam). Richard Kraaijeveld, BPV Coordinator Port Logistics STC-Group: "Neele-Vat and the STC-Group have been working together successfully for some time now. Every year about 50 students from the MBO sectors Ports, Road Transport and Logistics find an internship at Neele-Vat. Not only is Neele-Vat a sparring partner as an internship company, but they are also active in the consultation groups that the college has with the business community, they contribute to open days and provide guest lectures and tours."

As mentioned, Neele-Vat and the STC collaborate effectively. Thanks to these strong ties, Neele-Vat plays a key role in the students’ education—from guest lectures to internships, and from brainstorming sessions to offering first jobs in logistics.

Neele-Vat believes it is important to give the younger generation an opportunity and is proud to be able to actually offer this to a significant portion of the interns who join Neele-Vat in the form of a first job.

We are proud of this wonderful collaboration and look forward to the future!
