To all our activities, unless otherwise provided below and to the exclusion of all other conditions, the Neele-Vat General Conditions and, in addition, the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, including arbitration clause, apply. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, we act as forwarding agent. All parts of orders relating to the storage of goods are subject to the Dutch Warehousing Conditions, including arbitration clause. Neele-Vat does not provide services in the capacity of market participant as described in the EU Regulation 2019/2020. The 'Fenex Market Surveillance Conditions', including arbitration clause, apply to all activities of Neele-Vat, group companies and affiliated entities, relating to goods imported into the European market as described in art. 4 sub 1 and 5 jo. art. 3 sub 1 and 2 of the EU regulation 2019/1020. For all conditions mentioned, the most recent version applies. Dutch law is applicable. The terms and conditions are attached and form an integral part hereof.
