Neele-Vat is building “the largestADR warehouse inthe Netherlands”

Neele-Vat is an international logistics service provider with 12 locations across 7 countries. To expand the storage capacity for ADR substances at Rotterdam’s Maasvlakte, the construction consortium is building additional storage space.

Certified warehouse space

The ADR warehouse is a new commercial space designed entirely in precast concrete, consisting of 9 PGS 15 compartments and an on-site office totaling approximately 14,000 m². This warehouse space serves as an extension to the existing facility and significantly increases storage capacity (PGS 15 storage for dangerous goods).

With the construction of this new ADR warehouse on the Maasvlakte, Neele-Vat demonstrates its commitment to investing in the future. The storage of dangerous goods is becoming increasingly important, and in this new state-of-the-art facility, goods will be stored in the safest possible manner.

The new ADR warehouse will be realized by Concrex Bedrijfsbouw in cooperation with Sprangers Bouwbedrijf. Design and construction management by Archicom Consultants, Archineers and Managers from Son.
