For the international company Neele-Vat Logistics, construction combination of the former Concrex - Sprangers vof realizes additional ADR storage on the Maasvlakte in Rotterdam.
Neele-Vat Logistics is an international logistics service provider and operates in 7 countries with 12 branches. To expand the storage capacity of ADR substances at Rotterdam's Maasvlakte, the construction consortium is building additional storage space.
The ADR warehouse is a new fully prefabricated concrete designed warehouse space consisting of 9 PGS 15 compartments and an indoor office totaling approximately 14,000 m². This warehouse space forms an extension to the existing hall and significantly increases the storage capacity (PGS 15 hazardous goods storage).
With the construction of this new ADR warehouse on the Maasvlakte, Neele-Vat Logistics shows that it is investing in the future. Storage of dangerous goods is becoming increasingly important and in this new state-of-the-art building, the goods will be able to be stored in the safest possible way.
The new ADR warehouse will be realized by Concrex Bedrijfsbouw in cooperation with Sprangers Bouwbedrijf. Design and construction management by Archicom Consultants, Archineers and Managers from Son.
