Our blending & filling solutions
Mixing and filling
We mix different liquid goods to create the desired composition. We do this at the package level, combining products from multiple packages into one package. We add just the right amounts. In addition, we can transfer and mix products from tank to tank.
For filling liquid (hazardous) chemicals, we connect the tanker or ISO tank outside to our integrated weighbridge, which is connected to the semi-automatic filling machines inside. Inside, we place the desired packaging, such as an IBC or drum, on the infeed conveyor. The filling machines automatically dispense the correct amount according to our customers' requirements.
Although the process is largely automated, an operator is always present to closely monitor everything. During filling, we prepare the packages for the logistics process. Each package is checked, labeled and, if necessary, ADR hazard labels.
We have four integrated weighbridges
These are deliberately integrated into the filling process so that drivers do not lose time and all operations can take place at one location. Especially with hazardous liquids, this integration ensures the safety and quality of both the process and the product. Because the tank truck or ISO tank is on the weighbridge during filling, the exact required weight can always be loaded and/or unloaded.
In addition, the filling process is directly linked to the weighbridge. If the weighbridge indicates a weight decrease, but the filling process does not register an increase, the system automatically stops. Thanks to this integration and various smart systems, RBF can switch quickly while ensuring safety, speed and quality.
