Neele-Vat 's return process is fully integrated into the daily transport structure:
- Booking and planning
Spanish importers report their return shipments through the Neele-Vat customer portal or directly to the transport planner in Spain or the Netherlands.
- Pick-up and loading moment
Goods are picked up at Spanish warehouses, factories or distribution centers - often immediately after delivery of export goods from the Netherlands.
- Cross-docking and consolidation
In Spanish hubs (such as Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia), return loads are bundled. This maximizes the load factor and minimizes costs and CO₂.
- Fixed corridors to the Netherlands
Shipments travel by fixed routes to the Netherlands, with daily departures via France.
- Transit time: 48-60 hours on average.
- Delivery locations: Rotterdam, Venlo, Antwerp, Breda and surrounding logistics centers.
- Unloading, processing and reporting
Upon arrival in the Netherlands, goods are immediately unloaded, registered and possibly forwarded to a storage location or final recipient. Customers receive a digital POD and reporting on CO₂ and delivery performance.
