We have briefly upgraded our HACCP certification to FSSC 22000, a more comprehensive certification for food storage and handling. This change underscores our commitment to food safety and integrity. FSSC 22000 requires us to have not only a food safety policy, but also specific teams for food safety and food fraud control.
