As of May 19, Neele-Vat has taken a strategic stake in Antwerp Global Shipping (AGS).

AGS exists since 2006 and is located in the middle of Antwerp and close to one of the most important ports of Europe. The team has extensive experience in ocean freight, air freight, breakbulk, project cargo, warehousing and multimodal logistics. From the port of Antwerp, they serve customers all over the world.

Why this move?

For Neele-Vat , this is a logical and beautiful expansion. We see many opportunities in the cooperation, precisely because both organizations complement each other well.

AGS knows the Port of Antwerp through and through and has built a strong local network there. For Neele-Vat , this immediately means a permanent presence in a strategic location where we were not located until now. At the same time, AGS can benefit from Neele-Vat's international network, scale and wide range of services.

AGS will operate independently within the Neele-Vat family for the time being.

Together we now have more than 1,700 colleagues in over 20 countries. This allows us to support customers from Antwerp even better, locally and internationally.
