Neele-Vat has taken an important strategic step with the acquisition of Nord Cargo, an established player in international road transport to and from Spain. With this acquisition Neele-Vat strengthens its position within this growing market segment and further expands its European network. The addition of the branches in Barcelona, Madrid, Castellon and Malaga creates a stronger local presence that directly contributes to service quality and reliability.

Growth in scale, expertise and reach

The merger of Neele-Vat 's existing Spain activities with Nord Cargo's services creates a solid foundation for further growth. The 38 new colleagues strengthen the scale and agility needed to remain competitive in the Europe of tomorrow. This expansion provides Neele-Vat with more capacity, deeper market knowledge and a stronger network to best serve customers.

For the time being, Nord Cargo will remain part of the Neele-Vat family under its own name. The management team will remain in place, and all employees will continue to be part of the team—a decision that ensures continuity and provides the opportunity to continue building the future together.
