Neele-Vat expands with acquisition of Otentic

Collaboration of the two companies

Otentic is a healthy company and active in storage and handling of raw materials for the food industry and storage of dangerous goods. They also have excellent knowledge of customs work, fiscal representation and VAT legislation. Otentic and Neele-Vat will join forces, enabling them to offer an even better and broader service with more than 1,200 employees and 32 branches in 10 countries.

Neele-Vat offers a good European transport network, a strong position in air and ocean freight, more than 500,000 m2 storage capacity within the Benelux and opportunities for value added logistics.

Cuno Vat, CEO Neele-Vat, is extremely proud of the acquisition of the wonderful company Otentic. "The activities of Neele-Vat and Otentic complement each other well. We can now offer our customers an even broader service. And with the new location near our branches in Hazeldonk and Meer (BE) we have a good starting position to expand our services internationally. For now, the Otentic companies will continue to operate independently within Neele-Vat.
