New distribution center in Hazeldonk

Neele-Vat has added a new warehouse. The logistics service provider has taken into use a warehouse of 11,000 square meters in Hazeldonk.
Neele-Vat, which expanded last year with a DC in Amsterdam, is now doing so in Hazeldonk, where the logisticsservice provider has commissioned an 11,000-square-meter state-of-the-art distribution center from Frasers Property Industrial. DC Hazeldonk is Frasers Property Industrial's first brownfield development in the Netherlands.

Hiltjo van Dam, Director at Neele-Vat: "DC Hazeldonk is ideally located thanks to its proximity to the A16, A27 and A58 freeways, the ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp and the Belgian border.
This strategic location supports our growth strategy for warehousing, customs, air and ocean freight and European distribution. The site is a perfect complement to our other distribution facilities in the same business park."
